He is survived by: his wife Sharyl Thon; his children, Tasha Lewis (Lajuan) and Tyrone Worthy; his former wife Sharyl Worthy; his grandchildren, Kadence Snyder, Kylie Ohlsson and Malachi Worthy; and his siblings, Sarah Taylor, Barbara Jean Jeter, Mary Frances Worthy, Thomasina Worthy, Annie Nance and Rozell Caldwell. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
