He is survived by: his parents, Morgan Kaufman (Krystal) and Randi Smet; his sisters, Gracelyn Kaufman and Adalynn Smet; his stepsisters, Mae and Paytin; his grandparents, James Smet (Roxanne), Duane Kaufman and Jean Kaufman-Schneider (Brian); and his great-grandparent Gerald Smet (Patricia). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives.
