It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John A. Sabel (Fond du Lac, Wisconsin), who passed away on May 13, 2026, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sabel and Mildred Sabel (Schmitz); and his brother Michael Sabel. He is survived by: his wife Rose Mary Sabel; his children, Michelle Zimmerman (Steve) and Michael Sabel (Jenni); his grandchildren, Parker, Preston, Everett, Spencer Zimmerman, Clayton and Vineal Sabel; and his siblings, Edward Sabel (Deb), Diane Pinkerton, William Sabel (Linda) and George Sabel (Tammy Lefeber). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, May 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Community Church (N6717 Streblow Dr, Fond du Lac, WI 54937).
