She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Gilbert and Myrtle Gilbert (Strehmel); and her husband Neil Kumbier. She is survived by: her sons, Richard (Shelley) and Steven Kumbier (Jenny); her granddaughters, MacKenzie, Sydney, Emma, Maisie and Millie; and her brothers, Howard Gilbert (Jeanne) of Lomira and Gordon Gilbert (Kathy) of Stockbridge, GA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joyce's name to the family for a memorial to be setup at a later date.
