She was predeceased by: her parents, August Nydam and Edna Nydam; her sister Lois; and her son Louis. She is survived by: her sister Lorraine Magness (Earl); her husband Louis J. Buytendorp; her children, Jim Buytendorp (JoAnn), Nancy Buytendorp (Mark Johnson) and John Buytendorp (Lila); and her grandchildren, James, Joey, Jessica, Jack, Ben, Kate, Jacob and Zachary.
