He was predeceased by: his parents, Wes Palmer and Hazel Palmer (Woolley). He is survived by: his wife Hazel Snyder; his children, Tim Palmer (Cindy), Cathy Morris (Mike), Tom Palmer, Betty Flaherty (Tom) and Tony Palmer (Jackie); his grandchildren, Jenny Gustavus (Nathan), Kyle Palmer (Aria), Nick Gustin (Sarah), Riley Flaherty, Keenan Flaherty, Holly Lutz (Matt) and Dylan Palmer (Brittany); and his great grandchildren, Parker Schmitz, Cooper Gustavus and Scout Palmer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to First Baptist Church.
