He was predeceased by: his father Richard Martinek; his wife Janice Rawski; and his brother Brian Martinek. He is survived by: his mother Judith Martinek (Bankert); his sisters, Bobbi Billings (Rick) and Wendy Martinek; his sister-in-law Deb Zielinski; and his stepdaughter Jessica Hill. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews as well as other relatives and friends.
