She is survived by: her husband Gary Lee Dean; her children, Laurie Koeck (Mike), Dan Dean (Beth), Andy Dean (Katie) and Jon Dean (Dawn); her grandchildren, Miranda Banks (Koeck), Matthew Koeck (Erin), Erin Dickerson (Jim), Bradley Dean (Brittany), Sam Dean (Michael), Jaycee Dean (Emmie), Ashley Groves Jr. (Steve), Eric Dean (Kayla) and Sierra Pagel (Will); her great grandchildren, Madisyn Pargman (Jackson), Kennedy Tisdale, Emmett Koeck, Porter Koeck, Jaxon Groves, McKenna Groves, Myles Dean and Callaghan Dean; her brother Arlon Otto; and her sisters-in-law, Glenda Otto, Shirley Otto, Janice Locke and Betty Dean.
