She was predeceased by: her parents, Carolyn Achen Sumner and William A. Sumner, Jr.; and her former husband Darryl Banks. She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret Sumner (Wayne Prior), Elisabeth "Libby" Giacomini (Peter) and William A. Sumner III. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
