He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Rieder and Isabella Rieder (Bleuel); his siblings, Mary Rieder, Connie Huebschman (Elroy), Orville Rieder (Sally), Paul Rieder and Lester Rieder; and his brother-in-law Jon Austin.
He is survived by: his wife Marie A. Welch of Mary's Catholic Church; his sons, Terry Rieder (Viki), Randall Rieder (Dawn), James Rieder (Michele Englebert) and Dennis Rieder (Diane); his siblings, Adeline Austin, David Rieder (Carol) and John Rieder (Deb); and his sisters-in-law, Pat Rieder and Dorothy Rieder. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
