He is survived by: his former wife Barbara Breuer; his children, Mark King (Deborah) and Erin Thennes (Lee); his grandchildren, Maria King, Samantha and Carter Thennes; and his siblings, Ruth Elizalde, Rose Johnson, Susan King, Donna King, David King, John King (June) and Charles King. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
