She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Thorpe and Joyce Schwartz Thorpe; her stepdaughter Janelle; her great grandchild Gemma; and her siblings, Cathy Mingus, Vicky Sprotte, Carol Thiede-Thorpe and Ken Thorpe.
She is survived by: her husband Hiram Bond; her children, Kimberly Cornell (Frank) of Port Washington, Christopher Van Gorder (Amber) of Omro, William Van Gorder (Melissa) of Fond du Lac and Amy Lusk (Jim); her stepdaughters, Jodi Schreiber (Mark) of Fond du Lac, Jill Silvia (Steve) of Fond du Lac and Jackie Diaz (Jose) of Fond du Lac; and her siblings, Steven Thorpe of Fond du Lac, Debra Schmidt of Sheboygan and Penny Jorgenson (Bryan) of Rosendale. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren: 23 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ledgeview Memorial Park (Fond du Lac, WI 54937). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Judes Hospital.
