He was predeceased by: his parents, John Francis and Marie Uelman Bowser; and his siblings, Mary Deeley, Noel Bowser, George Bowser and Roman Bowser.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Busch; his children, Shelby McCulley (Brian) and John Bowser (Jen); his grandchildren, Eamon, Kiera, Declan McCulley, Fiona and Patrick Bowser; and his sister Kathleen Finger. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
