He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Martin, and Donald Martin, Sr.; his parents-in-law, Cecil White and Joan White; his sisters, Nancy Rens and Lynda Koehler; and his brother-in-law Jerry Rens.

He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Jessica Riley (Jason), Jacob Martin (Erin) and Madeline Martin (AbdurRahim Ahmad); his grandchildren, Corbeau Caldwell, Corinne Caldwell, Parker Sung, Saadiq Ahmad, Macsen Martin and Maeve Martin; his siblings, Terry Martin (Barb), Don Martin (Dort DeWild), Julia Martin, Laurie Schafer (Mike) and Dottie Martin; and his siblings-in-law, Michael White (Debbie), Barbara White, Louise Roach (Mike), Annette Gryglewski (Tom) and Cate Pearce (Mark). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Peter's name to the St. Katharine Drexel Homeless Shelter, Fond du Lac.
