He was predeceased by: his parents, James Meulemans and Vivian Meulemans (Zuehlke); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his sons, Adam Meulemans (Krista) and Nicholas Meulemans; his grandchildren, Kensington, Breese and Quinn; and his siblings, Pamela Meulemans and Timothy Larsen (Julie).
