With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Qunfeng Xiang of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 11, 2023 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parent Yu Hua Xiao; and her brother Guanghai Xiang. She is survived by : her husband Larry Phillips; her daughter Fan Xiang; and her stepdaughters, Jennifer Phillips and Catherine Julka. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Susan G. Komen Fund or the Fond du Lac Humane Society.
