He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Zarnowski and Elaine Zarnowski; his children, Jason and Leslie; his brothers, Lance and Tom; his aunt JoAnne Spear; and his friend Esther Hodina.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roger (Roberta), Tim (Kim), Al (Judy), Mary Kazmierski (Mike) and Elizabeth Zarnowski; and his caregiver Pam.
