He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Brinkmann and Magdalena Brinkmann (Budahn); his sister Bernice Brinkman; and his brother-in-law Milfred Schneiter. He is survived by: his wife Renate Mracek; his children, Jeff, Chris, John Brinkman, Jeffrey Brinkman, Christine Roedl (Mark) and Melissa Cleland (Troy); his grandchildren, Arielle Brinkman, Ava, Easton Roedl, Jacob Brinkman (Ashley Gulig) and Trent Brinkman (Katelyn Jann); his great grandchild Chloe Brinkman; his former wife Renate Brinkman; his sister Lillian Schneiter; and his sister-in-law Christa Maier (Peter) of Germany. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
