He is survived by: his wife Therese Petrie (Meyer); his son Tim (Kate); his grandsons, Logan and Landon; his sons, Kurt and Ryan (Gina); his grandson Ethan; his siblings, Sandy O'Loughlin, Tom Petrie (Julie), Deb Schumacher (Steve), Laurie Kampa (Jim), Chris Jones and Kathy Petrie; and his siblings-in-law, Rita Roehrig, David Meyer (Bea), Jane Schmitz (Jim), Rosie Kreisman (Dave) and Joe Meyer (LuAnn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Per Rick's wishes, please no flowers, and a memorial will be established in his name at a later date.
