He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Geiger and Mary Lou Geiger; his brother Dave; his brother-in-law Roy Smit; his parents-in-law, Thomas and Ruth Nehring; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Wozniak.
He is survived by: his wife Marianne Geiger; his sons, Craig (Alison) and Jeff (Megan); his grandchildren, Paige, Grant and Colton of Oshkosh; his siblings, Mary Smit, Sandy Surita (Mike Tursky) of Fond and Chuck Geiger (Ann) of Eden; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Geiger of Oshkosh, Carolyn Schorse (Mark) of Florida, Janet Velasco (Nor) of Fond, Robert, Gary Nehring (Pam) of Fond, Tom Nehring (Gerianne) of California and Mike Wozniak of DePere. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
