He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. O'Hagan and Abigail W. McDole O'Hagan; his daughter Kelly E. O'Hagan; his siblings, Frank (Florence), Harry, Charles (Bernice), Alice and Helen; his grandsons, Brandon Jossart and Ryan Matthew Sinor; and his great grandchild Hailie Eileen Hembrook.

He is survived by: his former wives, Lillian J. Kellner and Flora M. Toms Gebhardt; his wife Flora "Tommi"; his children, Mavourneen "Mickey" Sinor of Oklahoma, Brigid O'Hagan of Oregon, Michael O'Hagan (Kathy) of Hartford, WI, Terrance O'Hagan of California, Timothy O'Hagan of California, Margaret "Pegi" O'Hagan (Lani Anderson) of North Carolina, Kerry O'Hagan (Ray Kaziukewicz) of Colorado, Kevin O'Hagan (Adrianne) of New York, Noreen Jossart (Curt) of Ringle, WI, Maura Daniels (Richard) of Colorado, Brian O'Hagan (Jane) of Appleton, WI, Sighle Mleziva of North Carolina, Sean O'Hagan (Norine) of Milwaukee, WI, Deirdre Safikhani of Maryland, Rory O'Hagan of North Carolina and Kieran O'Hagan of Florida; and his stepsons, Dean Gebhardt and Jim Gebhardt (Deborah). He is also survived by 36 grandchildren; 30+ great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
