He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Kaminskas; his son Mark Kaminskas; his stepdaughter Julie Balthazor; his father Walter Kaminskas; his parents-in-law, Tom and Marion Snyder; his siblings, Walter Kaminskas (Sue) and Mary Lamb (Frank); his siblings-in-law, Patti Kaminskas and Stephen Meyer; his niece Cheri Seefeldt; and his nephew Scott Kaminskas.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his grandson Jordan Balthazor; his brother John Kaminskas (Diane); his godson Jeff Lamb (Michelle); his stepson Jim Balthazor (Holly); his stepgrandchildren, Allyson and Alex Balthazor; his sisters-in-law, Patricia Stoffregan, Susan Christensen (Tim) and Jodie Ford (John); his pet Xena; Tony and Patti Schumacher.
