He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa A. Lewis and Neolia D. Carter Lewis; and his son-in-law Marshall Christian. He is survived by: his wife Janet Lewis; his daughters, Deborah Christian and Cheryl Lewis; his grandchildren, Robin Lewis, Robert Sullivan, Caitlin Sullivan (Alex Jameson) and Samantha Sullivan; and his great grandchild Henry Jameson.
