She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Morton and Patricia Morton; and her brother Keith Hurst Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Nichole Rivera-Jackubowski (Andrew) and Beau Wrzinski; her grandchild Adrian Rivera (Isabella); her great grandchild Ignacio Rivera; and her siblings, Donna Hurst, Sheri Walsh (Jason) and Michael Morton (Rose). She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
