He was predeceased by: his father Richard Schwartz, Sr.; and his brother Terry Schwartz. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Roop Schwartz; his wife Pamela M. Kimmons; his daughter Alyssa Schwartz; his siblings, Richard Schwartz, Jr. of Fond, Tony Schwartz of Fond and Tammy Meyer (Lac) of Fond; and his sister-in-law Jackie Nelson of Neenah. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
