We are sad to announce that, on February 2, 2023, at the age of 87, Rocco J. Matera (Fond du Lac, Wisconsin), born in Rock Falls, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Rocco Matera; and his siblings, Ray, Lee and Enis Cushman. He is survived by: his wife Mame; his children, Maggie Phillips (Mike), Gina Bogard (Bill), Mary Perrone (John), Rocco, Jr. (Janice) and Mike (Karri); his grandchildren, Mollie, Anna, Brad, Mike, Leslie, Rocco, Joseph, Anthony, Samantha and Ray; and his great grandchildren, Lenny, Bennett, Blake, Sydney and Harrison.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be directed in Rocco's name to the Carmelite Monastery, 1250 Carmel Drive, Lafayette, LA, 70501.
