We announce the death of Roger R. Sabel of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on June 12, 2026, at the age of 84. Roger will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Roman Sabel and Eleanor Sabel (Hall); his sisters, Arlene Goldberg and Crystal Toneff; and his close friend James Hassett.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ziegler; his children, Dean Sabel (Kelli) and Aaron Sabel (Carrie); his grandchildren, Jack, Ben, Peyton, Hannah and Ellie; his sisters, Karen McCarty and Diane Ertle; and his sister-in-law Barbara Roloff (Dan). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
