He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kuether and Elaine Kuether (Silah); and his brothers-in-law, James Keuler and Russel Siegesmund. He is survived by: his wife Marie Hettenhaus; his son Scott Kuether (Mary Radke); his siblings, Mark (Dawn), Jeffrey Kuether (Vicki) and Christine Keuler; and his siblings-in-law, Tony (Janet), Paul, George, Gary Hettenhaus and Susan Siegesmund. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
