He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Meyers and Florence Meyers (Schwab); his parents-in-law, Francis and Eunice Patten; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Gamoke, Terry Patten and Rosie Patten.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Patten; his children, Douglas Meyers (Tammy) and Angela Berg (Heath); his granddaughters, Alyssa, Taylor Meyers, Brieana and Samantha Berg; his siblings, Mary Jo Kroneman (Dave), Katie Paul (Irv) and John Meyers (Vicky); and his sisters-in-law, Eva Gamoke and Sue Severson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, special friends and neighbors.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that any memorials or donations be made in Tom's name to Holy Family Catholic Church.
