He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kuitert and Mary Alice Kuitert (Detweiller); his brothers, Jim Kuitert and David Kuitert; and his sister-in-law Alice Scheffen.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Stephany; his sons, Brian and Aaron Kuitert; his siblings, Dan Kuitert (Deb) and Rita Guyette; and his siblings-in-law, John Stephany (Deb), Walter Scheffen, Nancy Kuitert and Janet Guelzow (Steve). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces.
