He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas William Sr. and Carrie Ellen Goodman; his brother Daniel Lemmon; and his nephew Daniel Lemmon Jr.. He is survived by: his former wife Arleen Bakula Lemmon; his daughters, Casey Cathleen Pellien (Frederick II), Kayla Kristine Johnson (Christopher) and Kelly Kristine Lemmon; his grandchildren, Frederick III, Amelia Pellien and Cillian Johnson; his siblings, Patrick (Carol Owl Meyers), Christopher (Alisa Klenke) and Bridget; and his cousin Patty Huebner (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, brother and sister in-laws, as well as many friends.
