He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Shane (Katie) of Cody, AJ and Madison; his grandchildren, Sophia, Brianna, Tucker, Letty, Ambrose, Atlas and Asher; his siblings, Mary Olson (Bruce), Sue Westphal, Brenda Landers (Larry), Tina Ziegelbauer (Ken) and Jeff Westphal; his mother-in-law Mary Espitia; his brothers-in-law, David (Mary), Adam (Cristina) and Weston Espitia; his close friends, Todd, Bob, Craig and Uni; his friends, Scott and Dustin McKay; and his granddaughter Sommer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family.
