He is survived by: his pets, Billie and Bella; his wife Lonie (Dahl); his daughter Samantha (Grant); his sisters, Tracy Pergande (Dwight), Terry Pearce (Randy) and Tina Huelsman (Brian); his mother-in-law Elise Dahl; his siblings-in-law, Kelly Rainey (Duane) and Randy Dahl (Kathy); his nibling Ryan; his cousins, Paula Gitzel (Mark), Luann Emmer (Mike), Heather Toellner and Tonya Miller; his godmother Pat (Bob); and his caregivers, Dr. Anita D'souza, Dr. Micheal Jones and Dr. Daniel R Johnson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
