He is survived by: his parents, Ronald "Charlie" Smith (Tamara) and Larissa J. Landreth-Smith; his fiancé Carli Berkholtz; his children, Sailor Smith and Luka Smith; his grandmother Marie Smith; his aunts and uncles, Chris Ramsey (Janette), Amy Uechler, Aaron Smith (Carolyn), Willie Story Jr. and Josh Story; his siblings, Airean Brooke Landreth, Dalton Ray Smith, Gavin Kyle Smith, Justin Jobe Smith, Sebastian Charles Smith and Vera Jane Smith; his nieces and nephews, Annalena Smith and Gabriel Smith; and his close friend Lee Roy Freelove. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
