She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Hlaban and Lucille Hlaban; her husband Lee; and her daughters, Sue and Julie.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Justin, Alizabeth, Samuel, Chad and Alex; her daughter Ann; and her siblings, Stanley, Cleo Hlaban, Mary Ann Broeckel, James and Mary Ellen Hlaban. She is also survived by grandchildren; great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Fond du Lac Symphonic Band in Cookie's name.
