Walt M. Tack Obituary

He was predeceased by: his mother Millie Tack. He is survived by: his father David Tack; his siblings, Adrienne Kelliher (Colin), Christine Twohig (Phil), Julie Gross (Greg), Jennifer Kunz (Jeff) and JetStream Carwashes; his children, Lizzy Kizer (Braden), Suzanne Tack (Corey), Michael Tack (Stephanie) and Charlie (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Charlotte Andrew, Owen, Conley, Cole, Beau and Witt; and his significant other Jean Campbell. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, sisters and brothers in law.
