He was predeceased by: his wives, Judy McIntosh and Kathy McIntosh; his sons, Sam McIntosh and Peter McIntosh; and his siblings, Susan McIntosh and John McIntosh.
He is survived by: his sons, Ben McIntosh (Joanne) and Jim McIntosh (Lindsay); his grandchildren, Chloe, Hadiyah, Mary Jane, Elijah, Ellie, Porter and Quinn; his daughter-in-law Teresa McIntosh; and his sister-in-law Esther McIntosh (Sharon Bartley). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
