He is survived by: his wife Anne Beder; his children, Shelly Newman (Patrick) and Shane Wenninger (Kristin); his grandchildren, Allison, Aaron Newman, Aubrey and Lucy Wenninger; and his siblings, Judith Peters, Donald Wenninger (Shari), Mary Mamerow, Sue Radtke and Jayne Steiner (Randy). He is also survived by numerous in-laws, other relatives and friends.
