He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Michelle Blizard Tess, David Blizard (Melina) and Bertie Glebke (Kevin); his sister Julia Logterman (Cecil); and his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Opper (Jerry) and Andrea Ackerman (Troy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
