He was predeceased by: his parents, John Varhula and Anna Varhula (Popovich). He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Anderson; and his sons, Frederick Varhula (Gail) and Mitchell Varhula (Laura). He is also survived by six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; several brothers-in-law; numerous nieces and nephews; and many special family members and close friends.
