He is survived by: his parents, James Nell and Debra Nell (Wery); his sister Karen Lipinski (Dan); his nephew Jesse; his nieces, Rachael and Michelle Lipinski; his aunts and uncles, Diane Wery, Julie Cole, Dennis Wery, Nancy Anderson, David Wery and Chris Crass; and his pet Rosco. He is also survived by cousins, many friends.
