We are sad to announce that, on May 15, 2026, at the age of 84, Diane Abendroth in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Diane departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Diane may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Diane leaves behind.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Abendroth (Suzanne) of Waunakee, WI and Linda Kent (Vincent) of Fort Atkinson, WI.; and her grandchildren, Alexis O'Leary (John), Mason Kent, Connor Abendroth (Diana), Max Abendroth, Jenna Abendroth and Aaron Abendroth.
Memorial gifts may be made to First United Methodist Church, the Hoard Historical Museum, or the Fort Atkinson Library.
