He was predeceased by: his father Gerry Homb (Nancy Homb Brecklin). He is survived by: his wife Kari R. Homb; and his siblings, Kris Jahnke (Jerry), Kathy Homb and Mick Homb (Leanne). He is also survived by his wife, extended family, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to St. Joseph Catholic School, with "Jay Homb Angel Fund" noted in the memo.
