He was predeceased by: his wife Cyndi Kelly; his parents, Velma Kelly and Ted Kelly; his sister Colleen Sullivan; his daughter Cassie Falzone (Corey); his brother Pat Kelly (Eileen); his grandchildren, Avery Peters, Elaina and Lucca Falzone; and his siblings' children, Katie Smith (Paul), Patty Moskalik (Ryan), Mickey Kelly (Lori), Shae Clark and Shawn Brey (Kiyoshi).
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Mary Magdalene Catholic Church (242 Williams St, Johnson Creek, WI 53038). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at the St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church (242 Williams St, Johnson Creek, WI 53038).
