She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Fred York and Lari York; her husband John J. Hoffman; and her son William Colby Hoffman. She is survived by: her children, John F. Hoffman of Minneapolis, Michael S. Hoffman of Stevens Point and Lari Joy Hoffman of Watertown; her siblings, Victoria York of Watertown and Fred York of Fort Atkinson; her nephews, Fred York of Green Bay and Tyler York of Rochester, MN.; and her niece Tiffany Dobbs (Ethan) of Little Fork, MN.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Lari's name may be made to Rainbow Hospice in Jefferson or the Watertown Humane Society.
