We announce the death of Lupe Teresito Medina of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 29, 2026, at the age of 70. Lupe will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Baleriano and Rosita; and his siblings, Connie Elizondo, Stella Garcia, John, Jose, Baleriano "Walter" and Louie Medina.
He is survived by: his wife Genoveva; his children, Briza Medina, Rosita Goldsmith (Kyle), Santitos Medina-Walesa (Michael) and Lupe T. Medina II (Bailey); his grandchildren, Olivia, Giovanni, Kaelyn, Xavier, Myles, Brooklyn, Lilah, Nolan, Rayna, Amelia and Stefano; and his siblings, Rosa Hernandez, Mary Escobedo, Richard Medina and Danny Medina. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Corpus Christi Parish-St Joseph Catholic Church (822 N East Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
