He is survived by : his wife Sandra Shreeves; his children, Michael Brunk (Karen), Christine Eubanks and Cynthia Avery; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Kochendorfer (Andrew) and Angela Stanley; his grandchildren, Melanie Giddings (John), Pamela Abrahamsen (Josh), Nicole Knight (Matt), Natalie Brunk, Nathan Brunk (Kerri), Hugh Eubanks II, Michael Eubanks (Adlette), Melissa Poole (Daniel), Laura Robinson (Brandon), Rebekah Moller (Kevin), Matthew Eubanks, Jonathan Eubanks (Denise), Rachael Berg (Daniel), Sara Swing (Jeff), Jennifer Richards, Elizabeth Cobb and Jacob Avery (Crystal); his stepgrandchildren, Dustin Stanley (Paige), Jordan and Bryce Kochendorfer; his brother Arthur Jr. Brunk (Elma); and his siblings-in-law, John LaDien (Lois), Karen Sy and Janice Ripley (Darrell). He is also survived by 30 great-grandchildren; 1 step-great-grandchild; 1 great-great grandchild.
