She was predeceased by: her mother Joan Koch; her brother Tony; her niece Kimberly; and her brother-in-law David. She is survived by: her father Stanley Koch; her siblings, Tina Crandall and Michael; her nephews, Justin Crandall (Mary), Josh Crandall (Brianne), Marcus Crandall (Abbie), Jordan Crandall, Kyle Koch (Amber) and Connor Koch; her niece Claire Koch; her aunts, Dorothy Koch, Beverly Notbohm, Yvonne Notbohm and Betty Punzel; her sister-in-law Suzy Koch; and her caregiver Cindy Witucki.
