She was predeceased by: her daughter Lily Zimdars. She is survived by: her parents, Tammy Kincaid of Fort Atkinson and William Kincaid of Whitewater; her daughter Summer Zimdars of West Bend; her sisters, Ashley Kincaid (Douglas) of West Bend and Alissa Kincaid of Fort Atkinson; and her grandmother Eunice Kincaid. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The Jed Foundation in honor of Nichole's advocacy for mental health.
