She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Adams and Ethel Adams; her husband David Schull; her significant other Verne Sell; her brother Ed; and her sister-in-law Shu Shu Adams.

She is survived by: her sons, Scott Schull (Linda Mahler), Chris (Sherry Schull), Matt (Kim Schull) and Michael Schull of Westfield, Wisconsin.; her brother Jack; her siblings-in-law, Mary Adams of Cherry Valley, Illinois, Mary Alice and Edward Brown of Waupaca, Wisconsin; and her friends, Teri Kallal of Jefferson, Wisconsin, JoAnn and Bill Myers of Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.. She is also survived by grandchildren and their spouses, along with eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations to the Rainbow Hospice Foundation in support of Polly's passion for elder care.
